解決方法

1.    重新啟動windows live mail. 或重新啟動電腦
2.    檢查windows live mail 設定有沒有問題
corppop.netvigator.com 及 port : 110
3.    檢查密碼是否正確
4.    檢查發送電郵附件是否超過20mb(或較大容量)
